Story about one snow man who trying to escape from his winter house space, looking for another type of space but nothing that he did works.

Story about one flamingo who really do like playing yoyo and this thing made him different with the other flamingo. but nothing could stop his hobby playing that toys neither the other flamingo.

Jurassic Fart
Short story about fart competition between T-rex, small dino and a Pig. However terrifying Dino and T-rex was, no one could defeat Pig on the fart competition.

"story about one woman, recounting of a flash back about her past few years life experience, where she was trapped inside a terrible war and she had to face tough decisions  and fight for everything."

Here i am, in my small Hut where once i shared my time and Love with Pham Hung Dung, my husband.
remembering the first time we meet on 1949, where he look terribly weak but yet so interesting. especially when he weaken me by his powerful and beautiful poem.
its still funny how can a boyish girl like me, falling in love with a guy like him.
the way he looked at me in the eye..
the way his small arm hold me tight..
so deep.. so soft.. and warm..

uh..

i think i've been a really tough woman these past few years..
i still cant believe for myself that i can bear with this big pressure in my heart..
Letting my husband go to war in 1955.
putting my belief that he will survive with his weak and small body in that terrible hell.
Letting my one and only son migrate to america with my brother in 1961.
my 8 years old, little boy.. gone from me and that might be forever..
what he's doing right now..? Did he survive evacuating with my brother and his wife?
praying is my only option..thinking it must be tough for Hao to live without his real mother and father..

it feels just like yesterday..
me and Hung.. still being together and holding our first born child..
Hao looks so beautiful.. like a gift from heaven..
Hung cried.. thanking God that im still alive..
and also thanking that he got a baby boy..
nothing could replace that moment..
one from a few best moments of my life..

hm.. yeah..i think im really a tough woman..
i guess there are not many girls living with the same experience like mine..
stabbing a jerk american when he tried to rape me..
being the  planner to escape from the South Vietnam army when they arrested all of us, woman from North Vietnam, because we tried to help our own injured army.
seeing so many crying and screaming soldiers, amputating limbs off their body, surrounded with a lot of dead bodies when we try to take out bullets from their profusely bleeding injury.
yeah.. I AM, A FIGHTER..

And just today..i meet a really young photographer..
he said his name was Nick Ut (Huỳnh Công Út).
a really naive boy yet look so competent.
he knocked on my house door and when i opened it,
he was standing over with a sad face and asked,
"Chau Hong kim..?"
"Yes?", I answered him..
then.. he take one leaf from his pocket..
small leaf with dried blood mark around it,
then he put it on top of my head and cover it with his hand.

just like the way My husband, Hung, usually does..

then, a tear come out from my eyes..
followed with it's friends..
i understand everything just with that movement..
"Sorry.. i love you.."
just two word that he really meant to say when he did our own love symbol.

My husband, was gone..
forever..

Do I really fight? or am i just surrendering everything?
let anything happen to me and just wait for the result?

am i.. a fighter...?

a.      Little prince is a very neat boy that does his work diligently.

b.      When he found one problem in his live, he will try to find the answer in any way. However it takes.

c.       He also likes to make a lot of acquaintances. Without being shy, he introduce himself to a lot of people.

d.      He held one beautiful creature in his heart. The one and only special Rose that grew on his planet.

e.      He shows a great interest to sunsets as well. Because he sees that beautiful.

a.      He has no fear. He likes to make new friends and explore on something that he don’t understand.

b.      Melancholic, sensitive, delicate man, cares and pays attention about his surroundings.

c.       He’s very observant that will always curious on something he don’t understand around him.

a.      He learn about life from his journey trough different kind of planet. From this journey, he finds about meaning of love and complicity of it. He meet different kind of man and learn different kind of experience from them.

8.        Relationships

a.      Little Prince meets narrators in the Sahara desert, where Narrator get plane crashed and trying to fix his plane. Little prince meet him and get close to him on that one day.

b.      Little prince has one “love” back in his planet and that’s Rose. Something that’s so complicated and makes him sad because he couldn’t understand what rose want. In this story little prince says that he love something that unseen and far away back in his planet.

c.       He meets one king that own his planet, anything that lives in his planet must follow his rule. He’s very bossy and arrogant, yet he’s lonely.

d.      There’s one Coincited man in one of the planet that Little prince visited. This man want every other man to praise and sees him as his admirers.

e.      In other planet, he meets a dunk man that trying to screw his live with drinking because he thinks his past screw already and trying to forget about it with that alcohol thing.

f.        He also meets one businessman who being very busy in one thing that he thinks very precious for him and that’s the star. He became very greedy and trying to own all the stars.

g.      On the next planet, he meets a lamplighter and try to talk to him. The lamp lighter resemble an image of worker that became very obedient on his job.

h.      Then he meet some geography guy who get curious about all planet surround him but not on his own.

i.        Finally after a long journey trough a very small planet, little prince arrive on earth and meets the snake. The snake is a resemble of death. He holds the control about little prince time of life.

j.        Little prince also met fox that being very scared to humans. He teach little prince about bonds between people. How to live side by side each other. Fox teach Little prince that no any living thing want to be controlled and tamed. And that also happens to Love.

9.        Strengths and Weaknesses

a.      Strengths

                                      i.      Little prince has a very pure heart and innocent soul. He never had a bad thought’s trough other people and will help any other who needs help.

                                    ii.      He is a brave man that sees the good in people.

                                  iii.      He brave to explore many countries just to find the meaning of Love.

                                   iv.      He is an observant, decent, curious man that wants to learn about everything and enjoys his life faithfully.

b.      Weaknesses

                                      i.      He’s to naive that being very emotional like any other kids when the didn’t get what they want. He became very melancholy.

                                    ii.      He can’t really divide the other people emotional, so sometimes he distract people just like any other kids.

                                  iii.      He take people talks to serious.

9.    Motives and Objectives

a.     He wants to understand the meaning of “Love” that he cant understand from his relation to rose. Trying to learn and meet new things along the way, although in order to do that, he must leave his beloved rose.

The Little Prince


Little Prince, one little naive boy who get lost in the universe looking for the answer for his questionable thought about the meaning of word "LOVE" and "GROWN UP". this little boy resemble the image of purity, innocent and simplicity while also showing us about the image of truth and happiness. this little boy has a really strong role in this story because the main message is tells from this little boy image. his journey trough much different planet show us about the different type of "grown up" people. people that being possessed by something that little prince think was not important. about money, live problem, pride, fame, etc.


the main message that i like from this story is about how little prince see the world trough his eyes, purity that makes adult people problem became nonsense. little prince try to understand the way adult people think and and however he try, he could not understand that. it makes me realize that as a human, when we grown up, sometime we make everything to complicated. this complicity makes our mind out of logic and no not care about tolerate and kindness, because we stuck with the rule and law that come from our self.


Little prince also trying to understand the meaning of "LOVE". he trying to understand this "LOVE" thing from his relation with the Rose in his planet. the problem is, Love was to complicated for little prince. little prince could not understand indirectly word from rose and end up being confused and sad for not able to satisfy Rose request.
but the truth is, the only request that Rose ask is about little prince care and appearance. but because Rose has a very big pride that hold her to tell the little prince about her true feeling, little prince end up with leaving her alone and at the end the rose was get eaten by the sheep.
little prince shown us that sometimes in Loving our mates, we being to prestige in our self. this prestige makes our relation became ruined for stooping us to tell the truth to our partner. the truth that will killed our prestige, but maybe will survive our "Love".

in this story, i think that the writer try to tell us that however we being grown up, sometimes we have to rethink as a little kids again. think when we don't really mind about money, about position, about discrimination and pride. think when we being able to tolerate anything with our heart and not our mind. And when we being able to do this, our live could became more peacefull. This thing also happenend to our “Love” story. We should use our heart not our head. Sometimes, being childish wasn’t that bad, because we will never think negative about anybody or even about our self. we don't matter those thing and just live our live as our self.

Mr. Twits - CHARACTER STUDY

1.         Physical

a.      He has a very hairy face. The hair covered all of his face until his face could not be seen. his nostrils and ears also full covered with hairs; except his forehead, eyes and nose.

b.      60 years old man

c.       His hair grew in spikes, just like straight bristles of a nailbrush.

d.      There are hundreds of food sticking all over his beard that covers his mouth, he leave all of it for even a month and when he gets hungry sometimes he try to look for any of it, and eat again.

e.      He never washed any of his beard and hair so it became very dirty and smelly. There are also a lot of things that stuck in his hair.

f.        He never wash, maybe for years.

2.         Emotions, Values, and Beliefs

a.      Mr Twit is a really confident man that always believe in himself. When he think it’s right, he will surely done it without thinking any other consequence.

b.      He thinks that it would be good if he could get rid his wife, because he want to be the winner in pranking competition between him and his wife.

c.       He believes that his hairy statute makes him look wise and grand.

3.         Behavior

a.      he really do likes to do prank. He pranks a lot to his wife because she’s the only person close to him.

b.      When he planing to do tricks to his wife, he became very smart and deligent.

c.       He like to eay bird meat, so he put a trap on top of his dead tree that will catch a lot of bird for him to consume.

a.      he like to play tricks on his wife, Mrs. Twit, which is the same like him. He will think about any other way to do trick on her.

b.      He love to eat bird meat, so he put  his dead big tree with “Hugtight” the stickiest glue he had to trap and catch those wild bird.

c.       He was a Monkey trainer who want to be famous in the circus with his title, “the first upside down Monkey attraction.”

6.         Nature and Personality

a.      Mr. Twit has a very weird taste in his appearance.

b.      He’s a careless guy, that’s why he never wash.

c.       He dont care with other people besides himselfs.

d.      He’s not aware and not observant.

e.      He’s a temprament guy

f.        His other intention in this world is to get revenge to his wife.

g.      He’s selfish man

h.      He’s a horrid guy

i.        He’s becaming clever when he want to do pranks to his wife.

j.        He’s a dumb and easy to get tricked.

7.         Experiences

a.      Mr Twits ever worked as a Monkey trainer. That’s why he pets those Muggle-Wump and his family. He trained them so hard to be able to do the hand standing Monkey atrraction.

8.         Relationships

a.      He has a Wife that always accompany him

b.      He has one monkey family, Muggle-Wump, Muggle-Wump Wife and two of its kids.

c.       He ever want to eat 4 kids that get stucked in his tree

d.      He does not really have relation with his neighbour or any other person.

9.         Strengths and Weaknesses

a.      Strengths

                                      i.      He could become very creative when he wants to play tricks to his wife.

                                    ii.      He’s very confident man that proud for his messy beard and Hairs allover his body. He thought it looks great and grand.

b.      Weaknesses

                                      i.      He get his self confidence to much that makes him underastimate his wife.

                                    ii.      He get tricked a lot by his wife

                                  iii.      He’s stupid and never think about any trick possibilities that his wife made. He falls to his wife traps.

10.     Motives and Objectives

a.      His one and only purpose of his live is to get rid of his wife. That’s why i’m thinking that he’ll loose his vision if he realy does lose his wife.

b.     He want to the the most famous circus guy because he can teach his monkeys to play upsidedown tricks.

Mr Twits

Mr Twits is one of the role character in Roald Dhal stories called "Mr and Mrs Twits". according to the stories, Mr twits is Mrs Twits husband that hates her so much. he like to mocking, tortured, and annoyed his wife. but however he hates his wife, they always do everything together. when they want to annoyed and torture another people/creature, they will become a very great team mates. i think, they are the most weird couple in the world if they're really exist.

in this story, told that Mr twits is a really like to twits another person, especially his wife who always be around him. whoever that don't have agreement with him, he shall twits them and even annoyed them. Mr twits is not a really smart guy, but he could be really creative when he want it. i think this shown us that when we really want to do it, however stupid or weak we are, we can do it. for Mr Twits case, he have a very big ego that makes him so arrogant and always try to defend his pride when it gets disturbed. he have a very bad and labile temper that makes him easy to get annoyed by little stupid case and things around him, specially his wife his only friend and enemy that also have similar personality like him.

the best thing that i like from this story is the Moral about THE POWER OF OUR WORD. Mr and Mrs twits, twits, is their one and only power to overthrow another people. this twits come from Mr twits very big pride, that makes his character so strong in this story. this pride shown from how Mr Twits appearance, beard that he was very proud of, his messy hair, problem that he never wash, mind set about his beard that he thought makes him looks grand and wise(which the truth is not) and many other thing.

in this story, there are one event where Mr twits try to scared Mrs Twits with his lie. his big lie, telling that Mrs Twits is going to get shrink because of sickness until she gone forever from this world. and that makes Mrs twits scared most.

 'You're shrinking fast! You're shrinking dangerously fast! Why, you must have shrunk at least a foot in the last few days!' 

'And your neck shrinks into your body . . . 

'Your head will shrinks into your neck . . . 

'And your body shrinks into your legs . . . 

'And your legs shrink into your feet. And in the end there's nothing left except a pair of shoes and a bundle of old clothes. '

When Mr twits says this word, his only goal is to get revenge to his wife and make his wife terrified and cry, because the previous days, it was Mrs Twits turn to annoyed her husband.

but at the end of the story, Mr and Mrs Twits really do get shrink and gone from the world forever! the thing that he said, really do come true and that happened to them self. i think the writer's telling us that whatever you trying to said, please said it carefully. we have to think what we will said because every word have power. and when we said it, however you meant it or not, it may turn to be real in the future.
